I have started faster one meal a day ,usually it’s breakfast. I tried other means but I get a headache. I can go from after dinner to lunch the next day without food and only drinking teas and water. I do think it helps clear my mind some and has been good for my stomach. Not sure if I will ever take faster any farther but good luck to those that do.
