Break Time

Life has changes and obstacles and surprises and miracles.

I’m retired, and I really enjoy the flexibility of my schedule. This retirement flexibility has allowed me the blessing of accompanying my mom to Mayo Clinic starting next week. I’ll be with her for a couple of weeks while she has tests and, we’re praying, a surgery.

I’m looking forward to spending the time with my mom. Less so am I looking forward to the time without my husband: I will dearly miss the love of my life and our daily connection with each other.

And, I’ll be taking time away from my beloved blogworld. I will drop in when I can; in the meantime, I will be thinking of you and praying for you.

  1. Oh we will miss you, but understand your time away from the blog too. Hopefully you feel the love of this community and just know you will be prayed for and your Mom as well. Keep checking in friend! Blessings and love from one blogger to another!
